Vacation Inn Phoenix

The staff is friendly, the location is good access to the freeway is less than a minute to get to just about any place or event in phoenix. The rooms are clean and spacious making your visit really comfortable and happy. The price is very affordable. The pool is a good size and very clear clean and refreshing. I love this place and i am a repeat customer and plan to keep it that way. Very happy with the experience here.

Front counter person was polite and helpful.Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed was comfortable, ice machine right across the hall, tv got great channels. Only real downfall was the amount of people wondering about at all hours of the night.

Not a bad budget motel. It's not in the best part of Phoenix so expect to see some characters here. I liked it for the price and it was fairly clean for it's age. I would not enjoy a vacation here though. Maybe a business trip or a passerby would better describe a stay here.

I was very skeptical about this hotel, after reading all of the reviews, however I have been pleasantly surprised. We had problems checking in (wasn't really their fault), but the receptionist was extremely helpful and all the staff has been friendly thus far. Outside of the rooms is pretty dingy, however the rooms themselves arent too bad. The top floor rooms come complete with a kitchenette. The beds aren't great but they are not terrible. I haven't seen any bugs like some other reviewers mentioned, I haven't had any wifi or TV problems that weren't promptly fixed. Some of the other people do seem a little shady, but I don't think you can completely blame the hotel for their tennants.

The center court yard/pool hot tub area is a nice well kept peaceful area, house keeping is very nice. This is a rather quiet place to stay. For the price, being one of, if not the lowest in town, it is sufficient. There are some German roaches but being an older building, it is to be expected. The AC works awesome, but when I turned the heat on the room filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off. It is a non smoking Inn, however, I could smell smoke several times walking down the halls. If you like mirrors there are multiple large mirrors around the room I staid in anyways. The hot tub was clean, not hot, but very warm and the jets work great. It's no luxury hotel, but it has the basics... Wish they would tear the carpet out and replace it with vinyl flooring because the carpet is atrocious. The laundry room is out of service but there's always the bathtub in the sink to do laundry in and little if you want to call it a patio on the top floor that you can hang your clothes to dry the bathtub is very clean when you come the towels are all nicely folded in their provide toiletries as many as you want. And if you like sports channels there's several of them. The pictures of the sunset were from my view in the back parking lot beautiful sunset.

I liked the motel, it wasnt bad at all for the price. Front desk supervisor did something you just dont do in this industry. I've been in it for awhile and am human resources. She would be in my office pretty quickly if she pulled that with guests. The attitude was something else, and to purposely leave you standing there. I'll just leave it at that, but again, she would be sitting in front of me and not for good reason if I ever heard or saw that at my resort.

This is actually a negative 5 star.. Room was in horrible condition cigar burns on the sheets, broken end tables, crappy carpet, outlets doesn't hold my charger, phone there is broken and pieces inside all rattling around (still works though lol), looked like a blood stain on the shower curtain, ac didn't work, one of the lights doesn't work, stains on the lamp shades, hair on the sheets and checked the bed for bedbugs, I didn't even want to make coffee, being afraid the machine was filthy. I tried getting my money back, but they said because I was already there an hour I couldn't get a refund. Next time I know to inspect every detail of a hotel. I don't know why the rest of you are giving this motel props. Yes the lobby looks very nice and the pics they put up on their site are very deceiving. My lady was highly grossed out as I was disappointed a Valentine's pre-evening ruined.

The room is very spacious with an unexpected kitchenette and full size fridge which are very nice. There TV has a lot of channel options and the lady at the f on desk was kind, even when she had a long line of people to deal with it. The room has some eccentricitiea, with clear burn marks on my bedding and a bathroom that's a tad small but it's worth the stay. I do wish the outside gates were kept closed instead of propped open but that's a minor complaint in terms of an overall good stay.
